RoadsignUSA, #8 Summer Tonic is Roadsign #8. The Bellaire Boulevard signage is a donation to Urban Artists by Larry Kelly Real Estate for experimentation with beauty, wit, irony, education, and frankly, dealing with the insanity of reinventing capitalism and culture in America in the 21st century. A new road sign will be on display for the opening reception of Summer Tonic, Friday June 29th. The landscape on the left is a temporary diorama, motivated in large part by my reflections on Cezanne's painting, Still Life with Peppermint Bottle, located in the National Museum of Art in Washington, D.C..
