This roadsign is located in an unremarkable location on a heavily traveled boulevard near gulf coast waters, within the city limits of the 4th largest city in the United States- Houston, TX. It is located on private land but shares public sky and physical geography with four municipal jurisdictions.  It rises above the federal train tracks on the west, is shorter than the public cell phone and electricity towers on the south-- it's just another public utility pole, more or less.

Larry Kelley Real Estate has donated the sign to June Woest & Urban Artists to use as a project space. It is a local culture initiative and Roadsign USA is non-retail signage.
